I called Platinum to see about moving a heavy item upstairs. They immediately gave me a price that was fair and scheduled to come out the following day with 4 guys and got the job done! The crew were courteous, careful, and efficient.Before I contacted Platinum I contacted another company earlier in the day . They had to come out and look at item and then say they would have to “crunch some numbers” and send me a quote the following day. I’m still waiting on that quote. I will be contacting Platinum first when I move!

From the promptness and friendliness given when getting an original quote to the day-of service requiring packing up, transporting, and unloading 2 full trucks worth of both indoor and outdoor items, the team was fantastic! They were very conscientious about wrapping the furniture extremely well to protect it before moving and took care to make sure nothing got damaged in any way. They broke down and set up all the beds and placed all of the furniture just where we needed it as well as numerous loads of boxes stacked carefully in each room. Their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality of service. We highly recommend Platinum Moving and would definitely use them again in the future.
